the hotel had a back gate offering direct access to the park. its proximity made exploring the area very easy. the breakfast included soft-yolked fried eggs that i particularly enjoyed. i found the free swimming pool an extra perk.

the restaurant pricing seemed quite high for both drinks and meals.

the check-in was quick, and the lady at the desk was helpful! she explained everything nicely and provided extra milk and tea. our rooms were upgraded since our last visit and were very quiet.

the hotel took fifty pounds off me to open a room tab without explaining it would take up to ten days to be reimbursed, it ruined the stay.

The hotel's proximity to local attractions proved quite convenient. Breakfast offered a lot of choices. All employees I interacted with were helpful and professional.

Check-in was not very smooth. It seemed there was confusion about my online payment, resulting in a double charge. I was informed a refund would take up to 10 business days. The provided towels in the room had some stains.
