i really appreciated the ample parking they have. i had no trouble finding a spot. the staff was polite, especially during a busy time. the hot shower was a fantastic way to end the day, it worked well.
i noticed a lack of medium sized glasses in my room. i ended up having pints of juice using small glasses they offered. it would be nice to have more appropriate sizes available.

i valued money spend and room was very clean. staff helped me a lot. i found location good and near attractions. free parking was a bonus.
rooms lighting felt a little dark. wall lamps did not provide adequate brightness. it did make the room appear gloomy.

There are plenty food options available within a short walk from the hotel. That was very useful. i also enjoyed the carvery dinner which i found great value for money.

the room had some issues. the television screen displayed weird dots. breakfast was also disappointing with rock hard yorkshire puddings and inedible sausages (i expect better quality).

The parking area was very convenient and spacious. I found the room size to be comfortable. It met my needs well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their positive attitudes and willingness to assist with any questions I had
The bathroom door did not shut properly. This was a small annoyance I encountered. I noticed a strange smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. A bedside light was not working. It made reading in bed difficult.
