Acceptable, but not a standout stay
inadequate acbasic amenities
I found the lack of air conditioning FRUSTRATING during a warm spell. The room became quite stuffy, and the provided fan barely made a difference. the in-room amenities felt somewhat basic. The combined shampoo and body wash was a definite downgrade from what I expect.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff

The reception staff were excellent during both check-in and check-out. They supported my requests efficiently. The room was a good size and warm, with a comfortable bed and several pillow options. A large desk and good lighting allowed me to continue my work (which I needed to do). Dinner was fresh.
The rooms were very hot. Even with a fan, the temperature was almost unbearable. There was a lack of provided toiletries, only shower and hair wash.

The room had a good size and contained a desk that allowed me to get some work done. There were several pillows available, so I could find one that suited my preference. The room was quiet.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist provided useful information and assistance when requested (which I did appreciate). The dinner in the restaurant was good. I enjoyed the friendly service.

helpful ladyexcellent foodclean room
I find this hotel a convenient stop when visiting family. Patricia greeted me and was helpful. Cain, the bar manager, was also helpful. The food was cooked to order and was excellent.
The bathroom fan was noisy and stayed on for ages when I turned the light on.
