ABSOLUTELY wonderful stay
magnificent viewsexcellent servicepersonal touch
THE views of the bay and mount vesuvius were magnificent. I loved the shuttle bus service to the beach and the town. The staff provided excellent customer service. When i mentioned the bed was too firm, a topper was provided immediately. Maria in the restaurant added a lovely personal touch.
The hotel's location ON a main road meant there was some traffic noise at times.

The room lacked proper ventilation. It was a bit stuffy. the small window did little to help and had to remain closed to block out the constant street noise. i found the food at the restaurant quite disappointing and overpriced. (honestly, i expected better).

the location was magnificent with views of Naples bay. the staff were attentive and helpful providing excellent customer service. I mentioned the bed was a little firm and a topper was promptly provided. the pool was wonderful not big but adequate to cool down. Breakfast had quality light lunches and evening meals.
there was No ventilation in the room, just a tiny window. it was necessary to keep this window closed due to the street noise.
