It was easy to access this hotel by car, this made unloading luggage very simple. Our luggage was stowed since we arrived early, this allowed us to explore. Shops, restaurants, and the theatre were all a quick walk. We got a continental breakfast with our room, this was a fantastic bonus!
Wallpaper was peeling from the wall. The air conditioning looked like it was falling off the wall! There were no spoons for tea or coffee, just a nearly empty tissue box and no extras for the shower. I noticed noise in the evening from drinkers and early morning barrel deliveries.

central location friendly staff easy walk
the location proves very central. it exists within easy walking distance of main attractions. i found the reception and bar staffs very friendly.
the carpets appear threadbare in places. i noticed many stains throughout common areas. this presents a serious trip hazard. the hotel needs carpet replacement.

the room felt spacious. it included a comfortable bed with good pillows. nice quality towels existed in the bathroom, and those were clean and soft.

the staff were always friendly and helpful. they provided quick assistance with all requests. i appreciate the attentiveness to details such as opening windows. they put a fan in my room.

Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings
visible mold broken remote
I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The bathroom had visible mold and there was some rust on the metal fixtures. the TV remote did not function properly. It really affected the overall experience.
