surprisingly good stay!
helpful staff excellent room comfortable bed large television
The staff was helpful on arrival and the room was excellent. the shower and toilet facilities were great. The beds were very comfortable. the large television had free view. We really enjoyed the overall experience. the cleanliness was spot on

the hotel enforces rules about not eating in the room. a lounge is provided but it lacked utensils like a bread knife and a proper cutting board. i had to wash up in a tiny bar sink.

the staff offered helpful advice. i visited st michael's mount following the suggestion, and it made for a wonderful day. new shower facilities provided instant hot water, a very clean and welcome update.

great location, clean room
clean room comfortable mattresses friendly staff
we stayed for a week with family. the room was clean. the beds had comfortable mattresses. check-in was quick, and i found the staff very friendly. i would definitely consider staying again.
The external door remains open. The code is not used, so the door's flimsy lock is the only thing to protect you from intruders. i found this a little concerning.

the rooms were spacious. i found the location central and convenient , near many restaurants.
