Excellent Location and Views
breakfast buffet airport transfer interesting room
The breakfast buffet had MANY options. I booked a transfer from and to the airport. The room was located in a cave. It was really interesting and offered a lot of space.
The bathroom looked a little dated and could use a revamp.

The hotel has two entry and exit points. One entry point is at the front and another is at the back. (Going through over 100 steps from the back exit takes you to the center of the area.)

the hotel location is definitely a plus. it offers fantastic views of the landscape. the staff was approachable. breakfast provided a good variety.
i found a bathroom leakage, specifically from the bath tubs. the tap also had a leak on the other side. there was a smell i did not like. the hotel seemed to need some general maintenance.

A reasonable experience overall.
great location cute fireplace shuttle service minimal compensation
The hotel's location was quite good since several restaurants were nearby. I could easily reach cafes, and shops. That was very useful. A fireplace in the room was also nice. I did appreciate that feature.
The shuttle service did not satisfy me. The provider was late and I almost missed my flight. The hotel reception did not assist me, not pleasant.

clean room rooftop viewpoints
the rooms were cleaned daily so the cave was nice. the hotel offers various rooftop viewpoints where i could take cool photos of hot air balloons each morning.
the bathroom in my room felt dated.
