the location was great, very central. the staff were helpful and friendly.

It often felt cramped. i saw a bug in my room hanging near the window. It looked like a centipede. the hotel doesn't provide irons, and i had to go to the first floor ironing room. That was inconvenient.

the hotel location is perfect. walking to many attractions was easy. the staff was helpful, friendly. a generous breakfast buffet offered great variety. we were granted an early check-in.

waiting took a few minutes when busy. that was inconvenient, not ideal
