Satisfactory stay
helpful staff many choices
The reception staff handled my packages from amazon. It was a great help. i also found parking each day despite the lot being nearly full several times. the breakfast offered many choices, including fruit, eggs, meat, and cakes.
I noticed considerable noise from the bar located beneath my room late into the evening and again in the morning. the bathroom also was not very clean upon my arrival. I saw hairs and dust on the floor that needed immediate attention.
Dining
9/10
i observed that hot breakfast included a variety of choices. Options such as fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, different meats, and assorted pastries were readily available. the area was kept clean and staff was attentive during service.

long wait uncomfortable room
The staff at reception was nice. The room was fine to look at, but small.
I waited a long time at the bar even though I was first in line. The bartender seemed to prioritize table service. It was a hybrid system. The room was uncomfortably hot. There was only a small desk fan so it did not cool down enough. I found this very disappointing.

the staff was friendly and efficient. the room i received was lovely. it was also very quiet. pillow spray was a nice extra too, surprisingly.
I found no lift even though it was advertised, a serious issue. the tv was too small for the room i had. i found poop in the toilet, unfortunately. there was also hair in and around the bath. Not ideal.
