the room was unexpectedly large for a single room. it was very clean, too. the complimentary coffee and tea was a huge bonus, really.
the pillows was terrible. ONE was so big and full YOUR neck immediately starts to hurt.

The hotel provided convenient parking close to the building, accessible beneath the A23 ramp. I found the staff helpful and always courteous (which is always a plus). My room was spacious and quiet, despite the location.
The gym was small. It could benefit from having a larger area.
