fantastic stay in a great spot
garment steamergood showerfragrant toiletries
the room had a garment steamer a safe and a nespresso coffee machine that was handy the shower was a good size and easy to adjust the temperature i really liked the fragrance of the shower gel shampoo and hair conditioner they provided i found them happy to provide mugs for tea when i asked.
identifying staff at reception was tricky since they sat on both sides of the desk it wasn't always clear who was there to help guests though they were always polite.

the hotel offers strong wifi and also available parking i noticed a bar with prices comparable to local bars and restaurants it added convenience.

the staff helped answer questions about transport! the hotel offered assistance with bus tickets, though we already had some. our rooms were clean and comfy, with one adjoining room for the kids. beds were comfy and showers were hot, very WELCOME after lots of walking. walking to gard du nord took 45 minutes with kids and grandparents.

the hotel enjoys great bus and metro links into the city center. opposite the hotel, mlk park provides a peaceful escape from the city. wander around the streets of batignolles to discover shops and restaurants.

the staff are helpful and provide assistance with directions. luggage storage. you can choose not to have your room serviced by using the quiet sign. cleaning staff are polite and say good morning when you pass them in the hallway.

i enjoyed how clean and new the room was, though it lacked a wardrobe. however, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the excellent location near the metro. the staff was really friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about getting around.
the body wash wasn't refilled .
