a very pleasant stay!
convenient metro helpful staff good restaurant corner café
I have been visiting this location for years and it continues to be a reliable choice. the proximity to the métro is very convenient. I can easily access various parts of the city. the staff is always helpful. They provided useful information and assistance. i found several good restaurants nearby. I especially enjoyed a small café just around the corner.

I discovered several dining options nearby, including local cafes and restaurants. The sushi restaurant next door was quite convenient. breakfast included fresh baguettes. The coffee was good too. the food was AMAZING!!!

My room was clean and i found it well kept. The beds are very comfortable. i appreciated the daily cleaning service. the room included a functional wardrobe. It was definitely useful for storing my belongings.

excellent location helpful staff small room plastic plug
The location was excellent. It was so close to the metro! The staff were very kind and helpful, I found that to be true. It is fairly basic. The best parts of the city are very accessible from here.
The room was small. There was just about enough space to get around the bed, I noticed! The bathroom was also very small. The sink had a temporary plastic plug and did not drain well.

comfortable beds hot shower
the beds were comfortable. the bathroom had good size and a hot shower. i also found lots of tea and coffee in the room, with a closet for clothes.
the lift was antiquated and small. i found that rooms needed some revamp.

small rooms and questionable cleanliness
urine smell stained pillows
The room felt cramped. I barely had space to move around. the bathroom reeked of urine. i reported this to reception, but it remained unaddressed. spare pillows in the wardrobe were stained and covered in hair, quite off-putting.

pleasant stay overall
super clean room comfortable bed friendly staff non-functional heating smelly bathroom busy street
the room was super clean. the bed was very comfortable (i liked the high-quality sheets). the staff were friendly and helpful, offering tea and coffee on arrival. the location is great, very near the metro.
there was almost no heating in the room. a radiator was present, but it did not function. the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. the room faced a busy street, so it was noisy.
