the room was very very comfy and tidy. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the air conditioning barely worked and didn't really cool the room at all. the staff felt a bit rude and like you are in their way.

i found the shuttle service to the airport very convenient. it was a fair price, and it made my early morning departure stress-free. the food at the hotel restaurant was also good, i particularly enjoyed the burger.
the reception staff were not especially friendly upon my arrival.

shuttle serviceinedible food
the shuttle service was a complete disaster. i waited nearly two hours at the airport despite the hotel staff claiming the shuttle ran every 15 minutes. the risotto i ordered at the restaurant was inedible. it lacked any flavor, and the staff refused to provide me with a bowl for some instant noodles i had planned for breakfast.
