well equipped roomclogged sinklimited staff
the room was well equipped.
The cleaning service was subpar. Used water bottles were not replaced. the bathroom sink was clogged throughout my stay, a major inconvenience.. technical staff's limited availability exacerbated this issue. the hotel lacked dental kits. This forced me to find a store for toothbrushes.

the room had a really nice view. the breakfast offered many choices, including fresh fruit. the hotel location allowed easy access to public transport. the concierge helped arrange taxis promptly.
the minibar prices felt a little high.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff was polite and cheerful, handling all my requests gently. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of items. I found the hospitality really good which definitely. The drinks were good and the food at the Harbour Club was delicious.
The room was not as clean as i expected. I found hairs and dust throughout it. I also noticed spots on the duvet and hairs on the floor. The dark floor made these issues even more noticeable.
