friendly stafffree pastriesquiet neighborhood
The staff were super friendly , and they helped me with every request I had. The hotel left out pastries, and they had refreshments available. The location is amazing . It is in a lovely, quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Mixed feelings about my stay
shower drain
I was somewhat disappointed. The pillows were TERRIBLE. It was like sleeping on rocks. The shower drain was oddly placed outside of the shower box. Water ended up EVERYWHERE. The bathroom flooded after each shower. I am frustrated by this setup.

The location was superb, near many restaurants and cafes, yet still very quiet.. the staff were lovely and provided a goody bag at check-out, a thoughtful touch. i found the communal lounge inviting. I enjoyed the board games, travel guides, and readily available coffee, tea, and treats.
the pillows in the room could have been better quality. i would have liked a more supportive pillow for a restful night.

the hotel offered complimentary coffee from a fancy espresso machine and a diverse assortment of specialty teas. these were available anytime in the lounge, so i did not need to go elsewhere. pastries accompanied the beverages.

the hotel is situated right next to a canal. this offered beautiful views directly from my window. it is within walking distance to the center and surrounded by good restaurants.

The location was great. It was just outside the busy area, so it was quiet at night! It was close to everything I needed, and it was easily walkable. I really loved my stay. The staff were all lovely.
The room was small! The bed was small too! There was no option to upgrade to a bigger room. Late check out was not available.

i liked how the hotel provided free pastries and coffee in the afternoons. every day i had a cappuccino and a pastry it was good. the staff were nice and very helpful to me. the location was great i walked all over.
the window in my room seemed not shut completely allowing cold air to enter and noise bothering me.
