The staff was AMAZING!!! from arrival, i felt genuinely cared for. a special shout-out to the animation team. They ensured everyone had fun. the people make this hotel special. I can't wait to return.

The private pier allows easy snorkeling access. I saw vibrant corals. fresh omelets at breakfast were a BIG HIT! the animation team respected my preferences. THE FOOD variety with themed cuisine nights and a fresh pasta station delighted my children.

The bathroom curtains are not very clean. They could be updated.

The hotel offered a free shuttle bus to the local town.

The room i got was FILTHY, especially the bathroom. I requested a deep clean, it NEVER happened. Bed sheets looked soiled and toilet paper was not replaced.
