friendly staff convenient walkway clean spa greasy food basic salad poor gym
The staff were very friendly. The walkways to the next door hotel and beach were convenient. The spa seemed popular among guests and clean. I found the hotel to be quite tidy.
The food was often greasy. I felt the salad bar was basic. The gym facilities were poor, only offering OLD machines. There were not enough beds around the pool.

The gym had modern equipment. The breakfast included a huge variety of tasty foods. The staff was friendly, whatever position they held.
The shower tray filled quickly. The drain seemed blocked. The matter was reported but not addressed until repeated that evening. This meant showers needed to be quick to prevent bathroom flooding. The problem wasn't fixed.

The location was very good. The room had views of the ocean and the buffet selection was surprisingly diverse.
Our shower did not drain properly. The ceiling fan was also not working in our room.

The hotel gym has three treadmills. It also has two stationary bikes. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the breakfast great (especially the pancakes!).

helpful staff food selection spacious room comfortable bed
The hotel staff was so helpful. I really liked the friendly attitude. i found a good selection of food in the restaurant plus a very varied breakfast! my room was spacious. the bed was huge and really comfortable. i rested well!
the access to the beach involved a bit of a walk down some steps though it wasn't a massive distance. no easy shortcut exists to get to the town.

The superior twin room included comfortable beds and a tv with international channels. The room decor was modern and very clean. i appreciated the provided toiletries in the bathroom plus the efficient air conditioning.
