the staff was friendly and efficient. the room was spotlessly clean and well maintained.
The room was too hot and i couldn't turn down the radiators. the shower was cold even after waiting for over 10 minutes to get hot water. It did not happen.

i found the check-in process easy and the staff cute. the room included tea and coffee making facilities and fresh biscuits. the grounds were well maintained and the avenue of trees was beautiful. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection.
the pillows were a little too firm for my preference.

breakfast offered many choices and the quality seemed high. staff ensured the buffet was well-stocked and clean. the restaurant offered tasty meals, with amazing flavors and excellent presentation.

The staff members were attentive and helpful. They provided prompt responses to requests. the check-in and check-out processes were efficient. pauline was fabulous and provided excellent service throughout our dining experience.

The hotel features extensive grounds perfect for walks. i enjoyed the beautiful surrounding landscapes. They included a nice avenue of trees. it was also easy to access nearby amenities.

the hotel room was spacious and well equipped it was a double room with ample space to relax the bathroom had a walk in shower and a separate bathtub the toiletries provided were of high quality and available for purchase at the leisure center. the hotel gardens were beautiful and well maintained i took a relaxing walk around the grounds after checking out the roses were particularly fine. the staff were attentive making my stay very comfortable.

the hotel is situated in a green area with golf and tennis facilities the surroundings provide a relaxing and scenic backdrop for any stay the setting is fabulous with fine grounds that offer ample space for leisurely walks and outdoor activities.
