Aimee at the front desk offered excellent customer service. She gave clear directions. She also. The room included a coffee machine with water. The bed was especially big and the room felt spacious. I would stay again.

check-in went smoothly. a room was available upon my early arrival. the breakfast buffet offered many choices including gluten-free options. i found all servers to be both friendly and efficient. lenka and sanita, the dinner servers, were very nice and professional.

i appreciated the staff's help. jonny especially ensured i had everything i needed. i also got recommendations for things to do during my first time visiting the country.

the restaurant had large parties booked. i could not eat there any evening . the bar was full one night and very noisy. it did not provide a relaxing environment.
