Really good stay near Termini!

I found the location convenient, especially since it's SO close to Termini Station. The staff was AMAZING. They were always friendly and ready to help. I really liked the panettone and bottled water in the room. It was a nice touch. The breakfast had good options.

The room cleanliness could be improved a little. I noticed some stains on the toilet paper hanger and limescale stains in the shower. It needs some attention.

the breakfast options were plentiful, with a great variety for different tastes. the location was also very convenient as it was close to the train station. i found it easy to access transportation. the room was spacious and comfortable.

the room lacked a coffee machine, though coffee was available in the lobby. i also noticed some train noise at night, which slightly affected my sleep. the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night.

I stayed here for four nights. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had good variety. The hotel's proximity to the train station proved very convenient for day trips. I found many dining options nearby, too.

The street noise was SOMETIMES noticeable at night, though not excessively so.

The breakfast was rich and varied with different types of bread and fresh cakes. The air conditioning functions perfectly throughout the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room was not good, there were limescale stains everywhere in the shower. The toilet paper hanger also had stains. I think the hotel looks good but these points indicate that it is not as clean as it should be.
