I found the location very convenient, near both kampong glam and little india. the mrt station is a short walk away. This allowed easy access to different parts of the area. i appreciated the complimentary laundry facilities. They are a valuable amenity for travelers.
The room layout in the beautiful room i booked could be improved. It felt a bit cramped. navigating around with luggage was slightly challenging, and more usable storage space would be beneficial. i found the windows were quite dirty, and affected the natural light in the room.

the hotel offers a water dispenser on each floor, a nice touch (i refilled my bottle often). the self-service laundry is free and well kept. the dipping pool on the roof provides a refreshing break.

my beautiful room included a kitchenette with utensils and dining ware for two. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had nice amenities. large glass bottles were provided for still or sparkling water, a sustainable initiative.

The hotel is steps from jalan besar and rocher mrt stations, this made exploring the city simple. walking to bugis and little india is easy. There are numerous food choices nearby. the crossroads location is definitely convenient.

The hotel is located conveniently near the mrt station. staff checked me in early. This was very helpful. a custom soap and shampoo were provided with a pleasant fragrance. there is a pantry available on each floor. a self-service laundry facility is available without charge.
the beautiful room has a layout that is not ideal. space for suitcases is limited, and the closet arrangement seems unconventional.
