Acceptable Location, Disappointing Room Conditions

The location was perfect being so close to the metro station.
The room did not match the pictures online. It felt quite misleading. The wardrobe was just a flimsy rack that threatened to fall over if I wasn't careful. there were no power outlets near the bed, really inconvenient.

The hotel is in a central location, made exploring super easy. The proximity to the main shopping street was a real bonus. The staff helped by printing tickets and were very kind. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options, i thought. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I found extra blankets, also pillows!
The description can be a LITTLE misleading. It's important to manage expectations.

The reception staff provided early check-in, helpful after a long journey. Staff members readily assisted with printing tickets. The team offered supportive and kind service throughout my stay, so i felt well cared for.

The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was quite comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows available. Daily housekeeping kept the room in good condition, changing towels each day.

The hotel has a great location near the main shopping street and a metro station, this location makes it easy to get around. Some of the main sights are within walking distance. The area offers many restaurants and shops nearby.

Breakfast included both continental and cooked options. I thought this offered a good start to the day. Dining areas downstairs was nice, though i did not use them extensively. The environment was quiet and modern. This was especially good.

the location was amazing. it was a 2-minute walk from the underground train station. a tram stop was right outside the hotel. the rooms and the hotel were super clean clean.
the building seemed very old. the rooms did not match the pictures. the bed sheets looked old.

The hotel location suited my needs perfectly. I could easily access public transport (especially the subway station) for quick trips to the city center. I also found a nice shopping center nearby (it was great for picking up souvenirs for family!).

the location offers superb access to transport. i appreciated the proximity to the subway and shops. the breakfast included good coffee and fruit. the room faced the courtyard, offering needed quiet.
the fragrant aroma sticks in the stairwell seemed a bit too strong.

the location was good , placing me near many attractions.
my room was next to the dining area , i heard breakfast noise at 7 am. i also discovered bed bug bites and had to throw away some belongings. the manager offered only one night's refund, quite disappointing after all the trouble.
