The staff were helpful at reception. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The hotel provides free parking around the building. The location is convenient to visit the Basque coast.
The room was quite basic. There were no shower gel amenities. I found the room to be very noisy. I could hear people in other rooms and traffic from the road.

Wow, the staff rocks. They were so helpful and friendly. the hotel location is also great, close to everything. i found the room to be super clean. it was spacious! breakfast had a fantastic selection.
Honestly, the soundproofing wasn't the best. I could hear noises from other rooms, a bit distracting.
