I found the concept of a credit of €25 per person daily practical. This could be used for dining. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly, always providing great service. Breakfast was good, with many fresh and tasty options available. The team genuinely cared about guests, so I liked it.
I noticed the hotel lacked quality in my opinion.

The restaurant staff coordinated well and displayed kindness. Every meal was a pleasure. Front Office Manager Jelena Bojanić contacted me to correct reception issues. This was a good point. Staff tried their best, they are very nice and friendly.

The hotel has many places to chill, including areas around the pool and by the beach, that I liked. The outside swimming pool pleased kids, especially. There are well-organized spaces in the pool zone, including comfortable seating and private areas.

The hotel is in a beautiful spot with a short water taxi ride to the town. The location is excellent, near many restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the shoreline allows for pleasant, well-lit walks with many people around even in the evening

I loved the access to a quieter beach, perfect for escaping the pool crowds. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had a huge variety of vegan and gluten-free options, great. The pool bar allowed me to sip cocktails while enjoying the sun and view. I also really liked the many activities available to stay active.
The policy against moving sunbeds was a bit restrictive. Staff told me I couldn't adjust my spot even slightly for shade. This was inconvenient, especially when trying to find relief from the sun.

The hotel includes two top pools and direct access to the sea, both meticulously maintained for guest enjoyment. A gym is also available. It provides an opportunity for workouts with its functional equipment. Guests can find many sunbeds by the pools and in the surrounding areas.

I found the hotel grounds well-kept. The variety of spaces for relaxation near both the pool and beach impresses me. the convenience of pre-loaded watches for all expenses are very pleasing.
I noted a slight issue with some guests reserving loungers very early, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel features a heated pool and a jacuzzi area. A beautiful garden presents many lovely huts made for relaxation. The hotel has a direct access to the beach, and the distance to the Stari Grad center is a 15-minute walk.

The staff was quite friendly and always eager to assist with any question. Some front desk personnel were especially helpful. They even ensured our stay was extended for an extra night. I feel their dedication contributes significantly to the experience.
