the hotel staff was accommodating and friendly (especially edo at the front desk). i was upgraded to the executive suite, a really spacious room with great views. the hotel's location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions.
i found that there was no elevator, and reaching rooms required climbing stairs, which could be challenging for some guests.

the staff greeted guests warmly and offered assistance with luggage, even arranging parking in a secure location since the hotel lacks a parking area. their attentiveness greatly contributed to a cute atmosphere. i consider this a very thoughtful touch.

the breakfast buffet provided a varied selection of high-quality options to choose from. the hotel restaurant offered a good setting to dine, complete with excellent croatian wines (i tried a very nice white wine).
