the staff was very helpful and friendly. i found a great selection at breakfast. the room had great facilities and i found it very helpful to have a washing machine
apartments on the ground floor had an ant problem. i could not leave anything out from the fridge. senior management knew about this problem for a while but did nothing to fix it, i was disappointed

I stayed in a well-presented and maintained apartment. The size was great, and it had everything I needed for my stay. I found the breakfast was nice , with plenty of choice. The staff provided lovely cute service , especially Juan.
I found a few extra charges for items that are usually free.

The grounds are beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool area is spacious with clear water. The gym is equipped with three treadmills and a selection of free weights.

The breakfast buffet offered a varied and tasty selection of items. I found the restaurant staff to be friendly and helpful with requests. The pool bar serves cocktails and snacks until late.

wonderful stay in the algarve

the staff answered my questions patiently. they also offered to let us come to breakfast early on our last day when we had to leave early for our train. the hotel offers lots of amenities. breakfasts were fantastic. the resort's isolation.
the rooms are slightly DATED. the door knob to our bathroom kept falling. toiletries were not replaced.

The room was spacious and very clean. A large comfortable bed with nice linen ensured good sleep. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and attentive staff. Dinner was also enjoyable, thanks to cute staff members. Juan was passionate about his work and customer service.
The gardens around the apartments needed more planting and management.

The outdoor pool area was spacious and well designed. It featured greenery that provided a sense of privacy. A convenient pool bar served great cocktails with friendly bartenders for enjoyable drinks.

The staff were cheerful and helpful. Reception staff resolved a minor issue quickly and satisfactorily. The pool bar and restaurant staff worked hard. Raquel always had a smile and Vasco along with Joao helped guests enjoy their holiday.

Breakfast included a wide variety of options and the staff maintained a pleasant atmosphere. The bar and restaurant meals were tasty and well served. This was particularly helpful given the distance to the town center.
