easy parking fab breakfast cute hosts dusty room unstable wardrobe unclean toilet
nick are a very good host. the location are great and it's easy to park. breakfast are fab too. i did love the position, it's a bright room to relax in. the breakfast are delicious, warm and cute.
i had to carry luggage up the staircase. the toilet and shower areas are not clean. the room had a lot of dust and cobwebs, attention to detail is needed. the wardrobe are unstable and the furniture is old style.

Great Breakfast and Lovely Hosts!

The breakfast was delicious with many choices. Caroline and Nick are very friendly and helpful hosts. They gave good recommendations for dinner in town. The room had a good view and the bed was very comfy.

ground floor good location dust cobweb
the room was a good size it was also on the ground floor this helped since i have some trouble with stairs the location was near the beach too
the room needed more attention to detail i saw lots of dust cobwebs were also present for the price i paid i expected a super clean space

cozy seaside stay
perfect location delicious breakfast friendly host
the location was perfect. easy access to attractions along the dorset coast, a real plus. breakfast was a highlight. friendly hosts served a delicious full breakfast. i was really impressed with that cafetière. it ensured a great start to each morning.
the staircase made carrying luggage a bit difficult.

my room was spacious and clean. it was well kept. the sea view from my room was a nice touch. a fridge was also available, useful for keeping drinks cold .

the guest house is yards from the sea front. it offered convenient access to public transport. access to the beach and the local theatre was very quick, a great position for exploring the area.
