the staff were very friendly. the breakfast was very big!!!
the floor in the room was dirty. my feet were black within minutes, it needed a good mop. there were a couple of bugs crawling out from under the shower.

I adored the convenient location near termini station. It simplified my explorations. the breakfast included a variety of choices and was thoughtfully prepared. staff members were consistently helpful. They addressed my questions with patience. the room boasted efficient air conditioning. It provided a comfortable retreat after warm days.
I noticed slight street noise occasionally entered the room. Earplugs might be useful for light sleepers.

The staff were very helpful and polite, providing useful travel information. I especially appreciated they changed our room to be more comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. They even prepared a breakfast box when we had to leave early.
I found the hallways were outdated and not well lit. I think the hotel needs to update some facilities.
