i enjoyed my stay. Breakfast offered many choices. the staff were always ready to assist. The location was great for accessing termini station. i had great experience at spa. it has many facilities. I appreciated the attentive care and generous services . staff went the extra mile, to ensure my contentment.
the room i had did not completely match the pictures online. i found that the view from MY window looked out onto air conditioning units. this was somewhat disappointing. i think more accurate photos are necessary.

the hotel is near Termini Railway Station, providing easy access to transportation. this central situation makes moving around the city very simple. it is very comfortable for travellers arriving by train or plane.

The staff was attentive. They ensured our luggage was handled with care. I also received a room upgrade so my family could stay together (a very nice surprise!).
The pool isn't available for younger children. This detail wasn't clear when I booked.

Staff members opened taxi doors upon arrival. They handled suitcases efficiently, bringing them directly to the room. The breakfast buffet offered great service and tasted very delicious.

The room design was comfortable and clean. A spa kit had been prepared in our room the day before. High floors offer rooms that are always kept spotlessly clean.

the room was spacious and well decorated. lovely facilities existed there. the building was beautiful and grand. it was located in a very convenient area.
the breakfast varieties were very poor. there were no olives or olive oil available. i found no omelet options. the staff did not inform us about the options that existed.
