The staff was friendly. The location is central for exploring on foot. Our room was a Classic Double Room, and it had a fully equipped kitchen (i made use of it). The rooftop terrace was lovely and accessible.

Street noise was present at night.

Excellent Stay Close to Everything

The staff greeted us and gave us a helpful area map with information. The map highlighted tourist attractions. They organized a taxi for my early morning airport departure. I found this particularly helpful.

The bed mattresses were not comfortable. I felt that the discomfort impacted my sleep quality. I hope they will improve the beds soon.

wonderful central location, superb staff

super clean building unreal view superb staff double sinks

The building was super clean, a great attribute. the terrace on the roof provided unreal views of the skyline. It was fantastic. staff members were really nice. Their service. i will certainly try to rebook here on future trips, and i loved the double sinks with a lot of space.

The air conditioning worked very well. It made the room comfortable. the elevator also worked well, which i appreciated. I never had to carry my luggage on the stairs. cooking facilities included pots and pans. a washing machine was available for our use.

the team were friendly and courteous. they responded quickly to questions via whatsapp. they organised a transfer from the airport to the lodging. housekeeping left a kind note and chocolates on the bed, such a treat.

this location is central. it made seeing all the tourist attractions very simple. i was pleased with the proximity to local places to eat and grab groceries. the staff provided helpful details of the local area. they also facilitated airport transportation if needed, which i thought was very thoughtful.

The location was great. The staff was helpful.

The shower's hot water was unreliable. It did not guarantee a hot shower. The breakfast was not worth it. It consisted of only a croissant, a hot beverage, bottled juice, and yogurt. I really think they should improve this service.
