unexpected upgradereally good teamdaily presentvery nice bar
I got upgraded without even asking! The team really made my days awesome, super nice and so helpful. Every day I received a present delivered right in my suite, wow! The rooftop bar at night, I can't explain it, I mean it's very nice. The team up there, they are really top notch.
Honestly, one teeny tiny thing, some hallways seemed bit dated.

i liked that the hotel is near termini station. it is also close to the hop on hop off bus tour stop. staff seemed very friendly and ready for help. the breakfast had a normal selection and the place is convenient.
