The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. our room was cleaned daily, that was nice. the location was good. I could walk to a lot of attractions.
The lift was very small. It felt cramped. breakfast was basic, it could have been better. there was noise from other guests at night. The walls seemed thin. :/

The room was a beautiful double room balcony, it offered AMAZING city views. I used the steamer for my clothes, a very useful amenity. The rooftop terrace has two jacuzzis and ample seating. The location was convenient to several coffee shops, restaurants, and pizza places.
The bathroom sometimes had a slight sewer odor. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Joshua offered clear check-in guidance. It was helpful and appreciated. The location allowed easy walks to many attractions. Very convenient. I enjoyed drinks on the balcony, equipped with new, clean features. The staff was super kind and willing to assist.
I noticed noise at night, and the room seemed to lack soundproofing, impacting sleep.
