Underwhelming Stay, Beautiful Location
flavorless foodunavailable staff
The room was clean. the dinner service disappointed me. The food lacked flavor, and the waiters seemed disinterested. I expected more for the price paid and the hotel's reputation. the pool area lacked staff, so there was no one available for drinks or assistance.

I stayed at this quinta recently. It exceeded my expectations. the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine hospitality, a great start. the team, including front desk and housekeeping, was friendly and professional. They wanted to. they were attentive and kind, , made a difference.
i booked casa romantica for the view i saw online, though blinds were added that i couldn't remove. they didn't mention this online or when i booked. this website should be updated, as i didn't get what i paid for
