annoying key systeminhospitable staff

I found the key system really annoying. It relies on your phone instead of a card or key, and it wasn't working properly. the staff seemed casual and not particularly hospitable, disappointing. breakfast felt slow and the fixed price of €20.50 per person seemed excessive for the average quality. it's a shame because these issues detracted from what could have been a more pleasant experience.
