The staff was friendly and helpful. That was acceptable.
The bathroom was tiny. It was almost impossible to walk into the shower since I had to squeeze past the toilet and glass door. The room did not include a microwave, kitchen sink, or dishwasher. That would have been nicer.

I encountered a few issues . The service was inconsistent. Sometimes staff were helpful, other times less so. The room was NOT as quiet as I hoped. Street noise was pretty noticeable at times, even from a higher floor, and it was distracting.

the location was central allowing easy access to many attractions. i found the gym to have adequate equipment for a workout. the rooftop bar provided a nice atmosphere.
the room service menu had limited options during late hours.

the gym included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. the pool area featured twenty loungers and also a shaded section. i noticed the rooftop bar had panoramic city views.
