my room was lovely with comfortable bedding, and i slept soundly. the decor was really nice, and everything looked clean. the staff were also super friendly and very helpful whenever i needed assistance.
the air conditioning was a little noisy, but it did keep the room cool.

the hotel was close to the southern cross station which was good.
the housekeeping was quite poor i returned at 9pm to find my room hadn't been serviced this wasn't mentioned at check-in and i felt ignored i also challenged the best rate guarantee as i found a cheaper rate on a third-party website but they didn't honor it.

I found a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. the in-room coffee and tea cups are unreasonably small, requiring frequent refills. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. I noticed the same limited selection throughout my stay. i also observed a staff member clearing her throat without covering her mouth near guests. This was unprofessional and unhygienic.
