The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. i was able to store my bags without any issues upon my early arrival. the location is convenient. It's close to southern cross station and makes transportation easy.
the bed in my room was too soft for my liking. i usually prefer firmer beds so it affected my sleep quality. if the beds were firmer, i think my stay would have been better.

The breakfast had diverse options and the presentation was beautiful. It made selecting a meal enjoyable each morning. i especially liked the poached eggs on sourdough and the pandan waffles. the restaurant service was quick.

the hotel is very close to southern cross station, providing easy access to transportation. crown is also about a ten minute walk, this is an added convenience. trams are available around the corner, they are super useful.

My room had plenty of shelves and storage options. I found this very practical for organizing my belongings. there was lots of natural light. I enjoyed the ceiling-to-floor windows. the windows faced the city and trees.

the location was great for transport with trams and trains nearby! the bar on level 28 had excellent service and cocktails. the bed was very comfy in my skyline room. i found the staff very helpful .

i found the hotel to be very clean and conveniently located. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the included coffee machine in the room was a definite plus, great for a quick caffeine fix each morning.
i experienced some noise from the street during the night, which occasionally disrupted my sleep.

The room had modern decor and design elements that i liked. The bathroom was fairly new. the comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and the option to extend checkout by an hour was convenient.

the salted egg restaurant offered delicious food, i could use a voucher, too. the diverse breakfast menu provided ample choices each morning, including a good selection of dishes and fresh options.

the staff, especially steve, were very helpful and friendly, consistently providing assistance when needed. the reception staff was polite, they were able to help me with directions, recommendations, and any concerns i had.

The swimming pool looked clean, however, i did not use it. the gym included essential equipment for a workout, such as several treadmills. the hotel also offers parking. Using the boom gate upon departure will avoid extra charges.

the location is great. it is right near southern cross station and quick access into the cbd. the rooms are still quite new and very comfortable. great design and facilities.
I had to be careful to put out a sign for them to clean the room, otherwise they did not. we complained the first day, but they did not tell us about the sign. the room is small and the bathroom is also small. the sink is small and the faucet is long and fixed. It sticks out.
