The location was central, a definite plus (everything felt so accessible). My room was spacious, with a big, comfortable bed. The bar was excellent and the breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The fridge in my room wasn't very cold, a small inconvenience.

The room was big. a desk, a couch, and a storage shelf were available. there was also a bathtub. detox water was available in the lobby. I could drink it at any time.

i stayed for seven nights and housekeeping was not done properly even once. i spoke to housekeeping staff many times, but it was in vain. they never vacuumed, and they sometimes forgot to fill supplies. they also did not clean the toilet when requested.
