central and handy
solid optionssmiling staffcute touchhard pillows
the location was great. i was near parks and just a short walk to the opera house. breakfast had solid options. staff smiled often. the teapot and cookies were a cute and cute touch. filtered water access at reception helped a lot.
pillows felt hard and the fridge motor made a fair bit of noise. sound isolation wasn't great, i could hear other room's tv. i wish the bathroom had better water pressure for the shower.

the breakfast buffet offered a range of options like hot cooked food, a cereal station. fresh fruit and salads. coffee, tea and a selection of juices were also available. the breakfast area was spacious and comfy.

the front desk staff gave helpful advice on public transportation routes. daily housekeeping was thorough. they responded quickly to requests. staff members were friendly. they showed a willingness to help.
