convenient location and great facilities

I stayed for two nights. The room was clean. The balcony was great. laundry washing and driers were very convenient. Kitchen equipment provided all i needed. it was convenient for travel about the city. Many local places were available to eat and drink.
i found no notification about rock excavation work happening outside. it started at 3am, continuing until my departure at 6:30am. i had no sleep due to the continuous noise.

the location suited our needs very well and the bus station and train station are close by. it is also very close to the metro and the train stations, with access to supermarkets and many restaurants.

The facilities included a swimming pool. A sauna and a gym which was a bonus. the pool area entertained our grandchildren well! the apartment included a kitchen. A separate living room. Plus laundry washing and drying machines.

the staff were helpful and friendly, assisting with requests quickly. housekeeping service occurred every four days, the room remained tidy. i often had a nice talk with them, and their warmth was appreciated.

various local places were available to eat and drink nearby. i found a coffee shop close to the hotel and it was great! this proximity added to the convenience of the location.

a mixed experience at this location

old school tv
i find some problem with noise complaints. i got call from staff at 8pm for noise complaints. it seems they want people to come and sleep in hotel and apartments with no fun. plus, there tv are old school not youtube or netflix.

i found the location quite good, especially since my room provided a harbour view. it was conveniently close to my office, which simplified my commute. the gym access was beneficial and i found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
i noticed the parking situation was not ideal, with onsite parking fully occupied upon my arrival at check-in time.

fantastic suite stay

I stayed in a spacious suite, fully equipped with a self-contained kitchen. the kitchen included a microwave, dishwasher and oven. i found a washing machine and dryer too. This was really useful. the suite also included a balcony off the lounge area. easy access to the train station added convenience.
the air conditioning could not be permanently turned off. i woke up cold and had to turn it off multiple times during the first night. this also happened the second night when i was too hot.

the location offered convenient access to nearby facilities. north syd station was quite close. a coles supermarket was also nearby.
upon entering the apartment, i noticed an odour. the carpets seemed to need a thorough cleaning because the odour resembled urine. i did not find a hand towel or face washer, items i expected as standard amenities.
