great location spacious bed convenient baggage storage
The location is excellent for accessing shops and train lines. I appreciated the clean room, and the bed was spacious. I also found it convenient that I could store my bags at a desk in the lobby before formally checking in.
The elevators sometimes took a while to arrive.

The light rail stop was just steps away, great for effortless travel around town. A highlight was the cleanliness of my spacious room and I found the large bed cozy. The onsite restaurant provided a wonderful experience. The menu showcased diverse and delicious dishes.
The elevators were sometimes slow and crowded, causing waits especially during peak hours.

great comfort easy access noisy air conditioning room upgrade
The location allows easy access to shops and train links. The bed and pillows offered great comfort. I also had access to the pool before check-in. A desk in the lobby took our bags avoiding a trip to reception later.
I am an Accor Plus Gold member and expected certain inclusions. I did not receive a room upgrade as promised. The air conditioning could not be turned off and it was quite noisy.
