The staff was friendly. My room was modern. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and with variety. I enjoyed convenient bus routes near to richmond station. Richmond park is near, i saw some deer during my evening walk.
My room was a little small but IT was ok.

The hotel is close to Richmond park. It is located on a quiet residential street. Customer parking is available. Accessing the hotel from Richmond Station is very simple, either by bus or on foot. It is easy.

the room had two big bottles of water , a thoughtful touch since i forgot to buy any.
the two single beds pushed together were a bit of a joke , honestly. the gap between them was annoying , and a proper double mattress would have been much better. the room could use some updating , it felt a bit tired.

i found the rooms to be lovely. the beds were comfortable. each visitor received a freshly prepared serving at the continental breakfast. it included fruit salad, luxury yoghurt, salami, cheese, toast and brownie.
the room was really warm, even with the fan running.

The location is good and quiet. it is easy to get to kew, richmond and richmond park. the hotel is in a cute village. i participated in the richmond races. The closeness to the start was great.

the continental breakfast was included and very good. it had quality and quantity. the continental breakfast is the best i ever had. there is a wide range of excellent food available at the hotel.

The check-in was easy and I appreciated the friendly staff. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I also found the location convenient, close to the station. The pub had a good atmosphere.
The room was quite warm, EVEN with the fan on. The duvet was thin. The sheets felt cheap. I also noticed some stains on the carpet in my room. Breakfast was not served on monday.

the room was super clean on arrival. the building had easy to find road parking available. staff members were friendly and helpful there were convenient buses to richmond station.
i found that the room got very hot at night. i was not able to open the window this made the room uncomfortable. i think that this was for security reasons.
