generally adequate stay
sunbeds availability cooking station expensive laundry unfriendly staff
the pool area had a good setup. there were plenty of sunbeds available (i always found one). breakfast had lots of choices available. the live cooking station was a good addition.
the hotel did not provide an iron in the room. i was told i had to use the laundry service (it was expensive). the staff were not very friendly or helpful in general. i expected more from a hotel of this rating.

a tranquil seaside escape
ample parking space peaceful location attentive staff expansive selection
I found the location quite peaceful, with ample parking space. waking up to birdsong each morning was good. the staff were wonderfully attentive. Receiving a cake and champagne for my anniversary was a lovely surprise. the breakfast selection was expansive, with many choices available.
i noticed that the tea and coffee in the room were available only at an additional cost.

The room was spacious and very clean. I found the bed comfortable (perfect after a day at the beach). the hotel also provided practical amenities, such as the ability to hire a towel for the pool, for extra convenience.

the staff at reception were helpful and cute during my entire stay. i was also pleased to find that they went the extra mile to accommodate requests promptly. this responsiveness greatly enhanced my visit.

The breakfast setup was gorgeous. The spread included many choices, including a live chef, a bonus. the quality of food at breakfast was good, with fresh options. i also appreciated the macaroons and biscuits delivered to my room.

excellent coastal retreat
abundant sun loungers anniversary treats
I was impressed with the abundance of sun loungers available near the pool. Finding a spot was never an issue (a real plus!). the surprise of wedding anniversary treats, including cake and champagne, really added a personal touch. the plentiful, delicious food choices for both breakfast and dinner made dining consistently enjoyable.

The resort's location provided a peaceful atmosphere. The sound of birds each morning contributed to a relaxing start. ample parking space was available, ensuring convenient access. the proximity to the beach offered easy and quick access to the sea.

the staff were consistently attentive and cute, demonstrating a high level of professionalism (i was really pleased with their attentiveness). the service was generally excellent, with staff members ready to assist and address any concerns promptly. their friendliness.

bad buffet unwelcoming lifeguard
the pool area had ideal spacing between beds, so there was no need to rush for reservations.
the buffet dinner was not good. one lifeguard seemed to really hate english people, even told off the children for playing with a ball. it felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.

stained towel limited vegetarian options
The hotel offered a great pool and nice lounges.
The room did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel. One fresh towel had a stain, and tea and coffee were only available at an additional cost. I found very limited vegetarian options in the restaurants.

the breakfast choices were excellent.. loads of options were available. i appreciated the spaciousness of the room. loads of sun loungers near the pool made relaxing easy.
