small room hallway noise
The room I received was small. I understand pictures can be somewhat misleading, but this was a completely different space. There was also a noticeable lack of soundproofing. I could hear everything happening in the hallway, it was quite bothersome.

helpful staff restaurant view large portions
the staff was super helpful , responding quickly to all requests. the restaurant had fine views , a real treat. the breakfast portions were large , offering delicious varieties , i was impressed.
the attentiveness and friendliness in person was just average.

the check-in was easy , and the staff provided prompt assistance. the reception staff helped us leave our car in the hotel parking after check-out.
