a tender getaway
divine locationkind staffbeautiful resortnightly entertainment
the location felt divine, like a dream we didn't want end. the staff were so kind and helpful, always there with a smile. the resort was so very beautiful, like a castle built of love. nightly entertainment filled our hearts.
only thing was that the beach towels could only is changed certain times.

the room offered a separate dressing area and big beds, great for spreading out. room arrangement was nice. two sinks also were available, along with a rainfall shower for added comfort after a long day.

complex boast multiple pools and many sunbeds. yoga classes and aqua boxing gave moments for relaxation. direct access to beach.

The hotel's architecture resembles a canarian village. i found the room spacious and the bed comfortable. the staff seemed proud of the hotel. Lots of sun loungers were available. the shower was walk-in, great for my needs, and the pools had shallow steps.
i found it hard to find power sockets in the room.

The hotel is near a quieter part of the area, though it is a short walk to shops and restaurants, a perfect spot. I could capture amazing sunsets from there! the nearby promenade offered an easy, flat walk, great for accessing the surroundings.

my room included a comfortable bed. i had a room with a great view of the sea. the rooms had air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature, though power sockets were limited

the hotel offered six swimming pools providing plenty of choice. the spa facilities were clean. i also used the spa twice, and it was worth it. the hotel has a gym with modern equipment.

Breakfast offered a huge selection and great quality food. dinner had many foods and drinks to choose from. the main restaurant was clean. I especially appreciated the fresh ingredients used daily. the buffet style allowed trying many dishes.

All staff were friendly. i found the cleaning staff to be efficient. animation team. everyone was polite. The evening entertainment in the plaza was good.

i stayed in a room with a sea view it was super nice the dining facilities were also great the room was clean and the beds were excellent i liked the entertainment team especially luisa and raul they were very nice.
the check-in process could have been a bit more efficient though i did not wait too long.
