A Pleasant Surprise!
clean room sea view
the room was clean with a balcony. i liked the sea view from my room. staff were very friendly and efficient. i found the rooftop terrace excellent for evening cocktails.
the walk uphill from town was tiring. i knew about it before, but it still was a bit of a challenge.

the service was good. staff were always friendly and seemed to go above and beyond. i always got a happy welcome. staff in the restaurant were very nice.

the hotel location is great with activities nearby. a short walk takes you to a shopping center. buses from the hotel made trips easy. it was easy to go by bus from the hotel to the airport.

really good stay at this hotel!
helpful staff diverse selection cooked meat
the staff were helpful! the food selection was huge and diverse, i found several dishes i liked. fresh meat and fish were cooked to order in the evenings, which i liked. the desserts tasted very good!

mixed feelings about this stay
crowded pool rooftop access
this hotel had issues. the main pool felt overcrowded with too many inflatables, i worry about safety. there wasn't any designated children's pool for those, so it was chaos. also, i thought the rooftop area would be a adults-only retreat, but kids was allowed there too.

great sea view top quality food amazing view
The room had a balcony and great sea view. The food was top quality. The rooftop pool and restaurant provided amazing views. I found the Thalassotherapy pool with pressure jets to be a novel experience.

family room perfect view good food
i stayed in a family room. the veranda offered a perfect view. food choices at breakfast were plentiful. the thalasso was very good, providing relaxation. i really enjoyed it.
The rooftop area now allows children, so there is no place for adults to relax. This is a disappointment.

The buffet offered various options. I ate fresh fruit every day. the restaurant was clean. plentiful choices were available for everyone at all meals. I especially liked dinner.

The rooftop pool provided excellent cooling. the gardens were beautiful. my room was cleaned every day. i noticed good standards and the hotel maintained high services. The pools selection seemed great.

The entertainment services stood out. Pablo seemed professional. hotel staff were helpful when needed. the cleaning staff cleaned the room daily. They changed towels every few days! all provided good service.

every room had a balcony with a sea view. it made it perfect. the hotel location provided fine ocean views. we had easy walking distance. it was a lovely experience.
