The staff were super nice. everyone was friendly. The reception, breakfast staff, and even the cleaners. the view to florence was just gorgeous. it looked like a painting. the bed was nice and comfortable.

The hotel staff was attentive. the views TO florence was just marvelous. It looked like a postcard. room was super clean and cozy. the bathroom shower was a highlight.
breakfast was VERY poor. there was one type of cheese, two types of cold cuts and no fried eggs. orange juice was not available and i must pay extra FOR IT because they bring the oranges from sicily.

The location was super. A bus took me into the historic area in about 20 minutes It was good they had parking onsite though spots are limited so reserve ahead.
The breakfast was poor I expected more. I saw only one type of cheese and two cold cuts. There was no black bread only baguette I did not see fried eggs. They charged extra for orange juice they said they bring the oranges from Sicily
