the room was lovely and modern , it offered good value for money. i found the gym had fantastic facilities and a swimming pool. i also enjoyed watching live football with drinks.
the information in the room was lacking. i didn't know anything about the breakfast service. i ideally like to pick what i want the night before and have it delivered to my room the morning after.

I visited the hotel pool with my sister and our children (ages 3-6). we attended a family swim session. we were kinda surprised that pool noodles and very large floats were available. the guy on reception was great with the children. He chatted and complimented them.

I organised a team social event, it included a darts game on the interactive board. megan and lukas were really good hosts, they ensured everything ran smoothly. their attention to detail ensured our team felt welcomed throughout the visit. Customer service was very good. the experience was relaxed and enjoyable.
The car park had no dedicated space . It was a free for all! i had to circle a few times to find a space! i think there should be dedicated hotel guest parking with a barrier.
