I really enjoyed the traditional style of the hotel. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. i found the shower pressure quite good. i appreciated the excellent customer service. All the staff seemed interested in making my stay comfortable and cute.
the music was loud. it was difficult to sleep until after 11 because of it.

the hotel is situated in a nice area. it is near the sea. the hotel offers an excellent position for traveling to and from channel ferries because the terminal is a ten-minute drive.

my room was fresh and clean. the room remained warm enough. the bed was quite comfy and there was a generous supply of towels. toiletries were provided.

The breakfast included tasty and generously portioned eggs royal and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. i had a bar meal one evening. It was delicious and perfectly cooked. the food.

The parking facilities were convenient.. I found ample space available. Staff were very helpful upon arrival, directing me efficiently. My room was cleaned daily. Fresh biscuits were a pleasant touch.
I found it difficult to get hot water in the evenings. This was an inconvenience after a long day.

The parking was easy. the lounge area had a good vibe. The staff were cute too. the restaurant provided nice bar facilities and i enjoyed it, but the location is great!

I got a complimentary upgrade to a room facing the sea . The staff members I interacted with displayed politeness and engagement. Its location is advantageous with proximity to various bars, pubs, and eateries. The hotel bar provided a relaxed atmosphere for evening drinks.
The room I had could use some updating as I noticed minor stains on the dressing table seat.
