The cleanliness and freshness of my room were really good I found ample space for my belongings. Eileen was friendly I am already looking forward to my next visit. The hanging space kept my clothes neat.
I noticed the walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms which slightly disturbed my sleep.

super stay near the coast!

the location was great. parking was just across the road. there's some free spots available on mary street. eileen was so cute! i also met some other guests, and everyone was just lovely. the place was sparkling clean and really well looked after, i was definitely happy with my stay.
the shower on the second floor wasn't working and i really needed it. with so many people possibly sharing the only working shower, it was a bit inconvenient. the room needs a little bit of love. some wallpaper was curling and the furniture felt a bit mismatched.

my room was super clean. the hostess was very polite. i will definitely return in the future.
the walls were thin and i was sadly kept awake by people in adjacent rooms. i am an easy sleeper so it didn't cause too much of a problem but a light sleeper would be in difficulty without earplugs.

the guest house had a superb location for what i needed. i attended a function a short walk away. the room included nice decorations, also the bedding felt comfortable. there were ample electric sockets available.
the bed mattress had a slant, also the pillows felt old.

The location was very central? The landlady was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was great value.
There was no replenishment of coffee and milk. There was no replenishment of toilet roll either, I had to ask for these items. Also I had to ask for the emptying of bins! I should not have to ask for what I paid.
